Cotoletta alla Milanese (Breaded Veal)

Much lighter than its famous northern relative from Vienna, this breaded veal is the basis of a delicious meal or can be served warm as part of a buffet. I am told it is the most famous dish from Milan.

Roast Beef Milan Style

I went to a lovely party in Milan and helped various cooks out in the kitchen so here is the first of a few recipes I think I can remember...

This is a really easy way to cook Roast Beef and it guarantees that the meat is very juicy but properly sealed. This is how I am going to cook it from now on.

Leg of Lamb with Anchovies

Loosely based on a recipe from that Jamie Oliver bloke. OK, I know what you are thinking but I only had the book because there was a signed copy in the bookshop at work and a very good friend's girlfriend had a fixation on Jamie Oliver so I got him the signed book and he swapped it with the unsigned book which ended uo with me. Do I protest too much? Anyway this does taste really great so there you go...
