Dip de Alcachofas y Espinacas (spinach and artichoke dip)

First in a series of lovely recipes from Colombian foodsteros. Paola shares her recipe and i try and translate it:-)

16oz of frozen spinach
2 x 6oz jars of marinated artichokes
1/2 cup of mayonaise
3 cloves of mashed garlic
2 x 8oz packets of creamed cheese
1/2 spoonful of grated parmesan
toast to spread it all on!

Beat it all together and slam it into a preheated oven at 375F for 20 minutes. Mix it all up and give it 5 more minutes.
Serve it cold on the toast.
