Spaghetti Tuna

Simple and delicious recipe

INGREDIENTS
Dried Spaghetti
Clove Of Garlic
Olive Oil
Tin of Tuna in Oil (drained)

METHOD
1. Finely chop your garlic
2. Boil a pan of lightly salted water and put on the spaghetti
3. Gently fry the garlic in olive oil. Don't let it brown. After five minutes or so add the tuna and stir to gently break up the big pieces but don't mash it up.
4. When the spaghetti is al dente, drain it and return to the pan.
5. Add the tuna, oil and garlic to the spaghetti, add salt and pepper as needed.
6. Serve with a side salad.

Hi there, I make this with a bit of fresh chilli (take the seeds out if you don't like it hot) and at the end, try stirring some fresh roquet through the whole dish. Than season with freshly ground pepper and sea-salt.
It is magnificient!
