Tasty beefy mushroom sandwich

This is a great tasty pretty healthy vegetarian snack which is perfect for busy single people who get bored very quickly with cooking.

Ingredients:

A bagel or a ciabatta
One big beef mushroom about the size of a quarterpound beefburger
Butter
Garlic
Parsley
Salad
Tomatoes
Tomato sauce

Mix up a big blob of butter with 1 chopped/crushed clove of garlic and a healthy dose of chopped parsley

Turn the mushroom upside down and balance the big dollop of garlic butter on the stem.

Put the mushroom on a baking tray and put in a preheated oven at gas mark 7 for 10 minutes. If you are using a ciabatta why not put that in as well.

When both are ready drizzle the ciabatta/bagel with olive oil. Throw on some tomato sauce, tomatoes, salad, basically anything that you would put in a burger.

Sandwich the cooked mushroom which will now be saturated with garlic butter in with the salad.

Enjoy, but be careful it's quite messy to eat!
